Zorbaz 50th Anniversary Brand

During my stay at the agency I was at, I got the unique opportunity to welcome Zorbaz into their fiftieth year as an established lakes hangout. For this year, 2019, we stripped away everything that was their current brand and created something that harked back to 1969 and the early seventies. Headlines maintained the ‘snark’ of the brand and fused what the restaurant started out as, with the voice they grew to become in to today’s day and age.

Time to Move to the Groove

This year, 2019, I was able to scrap everything that related back to the brand I had worked on the past three years. This project allowed me to really highlight the menu items without all the clutter. This menu catered back to an era with vintage typography, graphics and imagery.

Finding Gold in the Old

One of the best experiences myself and coworkers had, was looking for the vintage imagery and bouncing off ideas for headlines that could accent them in just the right way. Keeping to the brand’s overall voice, we bought a goofy way to wake up the surrounding lake scene.
